Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! About this time, I’m watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade with a cup of tea in my hand — Lady Grey with lemon — and determining when to put the turkey in the oven. It’s a day for relaxing with family and giving thanks for this year’s blessings.
Therefore, I published today’s blog early, on Tuesday. Here’s the link if you missed it. It offers an idea to keep your friends and family entertained and engaged while the turkey’s roasting, and, I hope, to destress what some consider a stressful time.
Hint: have a planting party. If you’re a gardener, you probably have everything you need already on hand, including some seeds leftover from last year’s garden. (Consider it as a way to head off political discussions before they become too heated.)
Now, quit reading and go enjoy the holiday!
Awesome! Happy Thanksgiving, Lady Gail!
